Biografía
Lorena Rojas Parma, Ph.D., es profesora de Filosofía Griega y Hermenéutica en la UCAB (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello) e investigadora del Centro de Investigación y Formación Humanística, cuyas principales áreas de investigación son la Filosofía Griega (Platón, Amor y Soul Care), Cultura Digital y Posthumanismo. Lorena es autora de varios libros y artículos académicos que se han publicado en Venezuela, España e Italia. Hemos vencido al olvido. Sobre la inmortalidad digital (Hemos derrotado al olvido: sobre la inmortalidad digital) es su última publicación (España, 2021). Forma parte del Comité Editorial de la revista Logoi de la Escuela de Filosofía (UCAB), miembro de la Sociedad Venezolana e Interamericana de Filosofía, y tiene una alianza con Fundación Telefónica Venezuela para el proyecto Cultura Digital.
Bio
Lorena Rojas Parma, Ph.D., is a professor of Greek Philosophy and Hermeneutics at the UCAB (Andrés Bello Catholic University) and a researcher at Centro de Investigación y Formación Humanística, whose primary areas of research are Greek Philosophy (Plato, Love and Soul Care), Digital Culture, and Posthumanism. Lorena is an author of several books and academic articles that have been published in Venezuela, España and Italy. Hemos vencido al olvido. Sobre la inmortalidad digital (We have Defeated Oblivion: On Digital Immortality) is her latest publication (España, 2021). She is part of the Editorial Board of the magazine Logoi from Escuela de Filosofía (UCAB), member of Sociedad Venezolana e Interamericana de Filosofía, and has an alliance with Fundación Telefónica Venezuela for the project, Digital Culture.
